Octavian Facilities Management Limited t/a Octavian Security UK is currently seeking two reliable Evening Cleaners to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our five-floor building.
Location: Fulham, London SW6 1QR
Pay: £13.50–£14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday: 19:00 – 21:00. Occasional Sunday cover may be required on an ad-hoc basis when weekend activities take place.
The Site Includes:
- Reception areas
- Meeting rooms
- Classrooms
- Studios
- Library
- Cinema (22 seats)
- Staff offices and staff room
- Student areas including cantina and edit labs
- Toilets (women’s: 4 cubicles; men’s: 2 cubicles & 2 urinals)
- Approximately 18 desks across the building
- Total building size is approximately 8,000 sq ft across 5 floors
Key Responsibilities:
- General cleaning of offices, classrooms, studios, communal areas, and toilets
- Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation throughout the building
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Working independently and efficiently to complete tasks within allocated hours
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (but not essential)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Interest in using environmentally friendly/sustainable cleaning products is welcomed
