We are looking for a Head of Commercial and Customer Experience to join our senior leadership and manage our busy customer experience department. You’ll be responsible for our commercial development, venue management and providing every customer with the friendly, outstanding visitor experience that the Octagon is known for.
Our ideal candidate will have a track record of leading in a theatre, public venue, visitor attraction or hospitality environment. You’ll demonstrate commercial acumen alongside outstanding people skills and a passion for achieving high standards of customer care.
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced customer service professional who will:
- Drive commercial performance and improvement, maximising opportunities such as venue hire, hospitality, events, retail and customer focused activities.
- Lead customer experience, achieving the highest standards of welcome and service across all customer interactions.
- Lead venue management, ensuring the smooth and secure operations of the Octagon for all building visitors.
Responsible for Customer Experience Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Operations and Facilities Manager.
