We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our vibrant team. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee while also providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean work environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee and food service, with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude. Previous experience is preferred.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service.
- Operate the point-of-sale system with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas in accordance with food safety standards.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to uphold food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks when required, including assembling snacks or light meals.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimise wait times and maximise customer satisfaction.
