The OPC are offering two vacancies for Junior Business Psychologist & Talent Assessor.

The OPC is looking for a passionate and driven Junior Business Psychologist & Talent Assessor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a variety of consultancy projects as well as recruitment and selection processes within a business psychology setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administer psychometric tests, conduct interviews, and provide clear, insightful feedback to candidates and our clients
  • Deliver 1:1 specialist assessment for individuals following role-related incidents
  • Support with client-focused training sessions
  • Opportunity to be involved in client focused projects

OPC Assessment is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Junior Business Psychologist & Talent Assessor to support our growth in the UK and internationally.
