We are seeking a professional and friendly Night Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Manage scheduling and appointment bookings efficiently.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation and communication.
  • Maintain a tidy reception area to create a welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Experience

  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Experience with Rezlynx is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
