The Oakwood Academy is seeking a dedicated learning support assistant to provide high-quality learning, care and pastoral support for pupils with additional needs. You will help pupils access the curriculum, promote inclusion and wellbeing and assist in classroom and other learning environments.
You'll work with teachers to understand objectives, prepare resources, deliver activities and observe progress, while supporting safeguarding procedures and first-aid awareness as required.
