The Oaks Primary School is looking to appoint a highly motivated and conscientious Level 2 Teaching Assistant with SEN Allowance to join our staff team. The role will primarily involve working on a 1‑1 basis with a child with SEND, as well as providing whole‑class and small‑group support for the class teacher. Responsibilities may change based on the needs of the cohort and other children in the school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on a 1‑1 basis with a child with SEND.
  • Provide whole‑class and small‑group support to the class teacher.
  • Adjust tasks and strategies based on the student cohort and school needs.
