The Oaks Primary is an inclusive primary school based in the Druids Heath area of Birmingham, with a dedicated, hard‑working team of staff who strive towards all pupils achieving the highest educational outcomes, regardless of their circumstance or background.

Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching and learning across the school.
  • Lead the breakfast club provision.

Working Hours:

30 hours per week term‑time only: Monday to Friday 7:45 am to 2:15 pm with 30‑minute lunch break.

Schedule:

Permanent position starting 1st September 2026.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant.
  • English speaking proficiency; essential requirement under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016).

Recruitment and Safeguarding:

You will be required to provide a minimum of two references, including the most recent employer. An enhanced DBS check and an online search will be carried out as part of the safer recruitment process. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
