Previous experience as a medical receptionist is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Desirable Criteria Previous experience working as a medical receptionist.
Main Duties The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of reception and administrative duties, including: Answering telephone enquiries and responding appropriately.
Booking, cancelling and amending appointments by telephone and in person.
Updating and maintaining patient medical records.
Liaising with local pharmacies and other healthcare professionals.
