About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care while supporting residents to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care and support to our residents.
- Ensure the ongoing health, wellbeing, and safety of residents.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical developments and best practice.
- Safely manage, administer, and record medication, including controlled drugs and oxygen, in line with NMC requirements and company procedures.
- Understand and follow Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults policies and procedures, reporting concerns appropriately.
- Accurately maintain resident records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support excellent service delivery.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Previous nursing experience.
- A valid NMC PIN.
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
- A commitment to promoting residents' interests, independence, and quality of life.

- Night shifts. 8pm - 8am
- 24 hours per week, including weekends (part-time and bank opportunities also available).
