We are looking for a lunchtime supervisor to join our highlyambitious team who truly are dedicated in making a real difference to the livesof children at this wonderful school. The Oaklands Primary School is a 2-form entry Primary schoolin Acock's Green Birmingham. Our Ofsted report (March 2025) has identified manypositives within our school including the school being "highly ambitious forall pupils to learn, experience, achieve and flourish". The school provides an"exceptional education experience for all", with an "aspirational curriculum"which is "meticulously planned and sequenced" and has "high expectationsembedded across the curriculum".

Thesuccessful candidate will be assisting with feeding at lunchtime in the canteenand supervising the playground to ensure a safe environment for the children.

The idealcandidates for this position will have:

• Experience of working with children or have a desire to work withchildren in a play/school environment
• Have experience of working within a team
• a passion for supporting children and young people
• good communication skills
• enthusiasm, commitment, reliability and a willingness to learn.
