We are seeking adedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join ourvibrant and ambitious Early Years team. Working within our inspiring provision,you will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development throughhigh-quality interactions, purposeful play and carefully planned experiences.You will help create an environment where children feel safe, valued, andconfident to explore, question, investigate and learn.

The successfulcandidate will understand the importance of developing children's communicationand language skills, supporting rich conversations, extending vocabulary andfostering a love of learning. They will be passionate about encouragingcuriosity, independence, creativity and problem-solving, recognising that everyinteraction is an opportunity to help children flourish.

This is an excitingopportunity to work alongside skilled practitioners in a nurturing andambitious setting where children are encouraged to become confidentcommunicators, resilient learners, and enthusiastic explorers of the worldaround them.

The Oaklands Primary School is a 2-form entryPrimary school in Acock's Green Birmingham. Our Ofsted report (March 2025) hasidentified many positives within our school including the school being "highlyambitious for all pupils to learn, experience, achieve and flourish". Theschool provides an "exceptional education experience for all", with an"aspirational curriculum" which is "meticulously planned and sequenced" and has"high expectations embedded across the curriculum".
