The Role
We’re looking for a passionate, experienced, and enthusiastic Room Leader (Level 3 qualified) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a genuine love for working with young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team within a designated room, ensuring high standards of care and education
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor and support the development and wellbeing of all children in your care
- Ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment at all times
- Mentor and support other practitioners, promoting ongoing training and professional development
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a supervisory or senior role
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to lead by example
- Passion for providing the best possible outcomes for children
