The Role

We’re looking for a passionate, experienced, and enthusiastic Room Leader (Level 3 qualified) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a genuine love for working with young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team within a designated room, ensuring high standards of care and education
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate, stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Monitor and support the development and wellbeing of all children in your care
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment at all times
  • Mentor and support other practitioners, promoting ongoing training and professional development

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a supervisory or senior role
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to lead by example
  • Passion for providing the best possible outcomes for children
