We are recruiting fixed‑term and permanent Teaching Assistants to work at Selworthy campuses: Hazelbrook (Secondary & 6th Form), Oakhill (Primary). The role involves working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities to support their learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Assist pupils in everyday learning activities.
- Support the curriculum for pupils with SEND.
- Promote inclusive learning and well‑being within the school community.
- Provide feedback to teachers and support effective pupil progress.
- Participate in professional development and induction programmes.

- Strong compassion and empathy for children and young people with SEND.
- Resilient, flexible and patient with a proactive approach.
- Experience working with special educational needs is desirable.
