Join the Marketing team at The O2 as a Marketing Executive, supporting a wide range of venue marketing activity. This role helps deliver event-led and attraction-based campaigns, coordinate marketing assets, and ensure effective execution of marketing activity across The O2 campus.
What You'll Do
- Campaign & Activity Support
- Support the Marketing Manager with arena marketing campaigns, including coordination and promoter liaison.
- Assist with marketing campaigns for Up at The O2, including:
- Paid media support
- Copywriting
- Agency coordination
- Support marketing activity for Premium at The O2, including campaigns, content briefs, and day-to-day requests.
- Help deliver on-site fan activations to build brand and artist engagement.
- Coordinate marketing assets on a show-by-show basis, ensuring timely sign-off and distribution.
- Support cross-campus signage including briefing, artwork coordination and print management.
- Manage day-to-day marketing admin, including:
- Raising POs
- Updating budget trackers
- Maintaining calendars
- Submitting sitework requests
What We're Looking For
- Experience & Knowledge
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role.
- Understanding of marketing principles and customer journey basics.
- Experience working with CMS platforms.
- Awareness of GDPR and data protection basics.
- Understanding of brand guardianship and visual identity.
- Digital & Social Media Skills
- Familiarity with major social platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X.
- Basic understanding of content scheduling and social media calendars.
- Awareness of social analytics and engagement metrics.
- Technical & Collaboration Skills
- Basic Excel skills (analysis & simple formulas).
- Confidence working with external partners and agencies.

Where You'll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. We offer flexible start times. We currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. We are open to flexible working conversations.
