What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the full ticketing event cycle for your roster of shows – from initial manifest to on-sale, event day requirements, and ticketing settlement.
  • Oversee ticket inventory movement between internal venue allocations and external third‑party allocations to maintain sell-through targets.
  • Monitor ticket sales and maximise revenue opportunities across all inventory.
  • Liaise with promoter ticketing teams and event organisers to ensure all ticketing requirements are met.

What We\’re Looking For

  • Experience in ticketing within roles such as Account Management, Client Services, Ticketing, or Box Office.
  • Strong knowledge of ticketing systems and processes.
  • Previous experience working for a venue, ticket agent, or leading concert promoter.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Where: You’ll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. We offer flexible start times and welcome flexible working conversations. We work onsite 4 days a week and remotely 1 day a week. This role will include working some evenings and weekends.
