The NWH Group is seeking an Employee Experience Support to join our HR services in Edinburgh. This hands-on role involves enhancing employee engagement, building positive relationships across teams, and supporting various HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have HR experience, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of UK Employment Law. A driving license and willingness to travel between sites in Scotland and the North East of England is essential.
