We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Customer Acquisition Executive to join our growing Customer Acquisition Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and forward-thinking team, dedicated to providing new customers with a seamless experience from first enquiry through to onboarding.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handle all inbound sales enquiries from a wide range of customers, each with bespoke requirements.
  • Ensure customers receive exceptional service and a smooth onboarding journey.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales functions to drive new business opportunities.
  • Take responsibility for delivering against Customer Acquisition Team KPIs.
  • Use technology and CRM tools to drive efficiency and manage customer communications.
  • Support team development by sharing knowledge and contributing to training initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office 365 (experience with Dynamics CRM is advantageous).
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership or supervisory position (desirable).
  • Previous experience in the Waste and Recycling industry (desirable).
