The role: We are looking for an HR Business Partner to lead HR operations in the UK. Based at our office in Frimley, you will be the go-to person for all local HR topics, working closely with the Group Head of HR and the UK Managing Director and local leaders. This hands-on role spans the full HR lifecycle—from contracts and recruitment to systems and employee support. What you will do:
- Advise and support managers and employees on day-to-day HR topics
- Prepare and manage employment contracts and offboarding processes
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage data in the HR system
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, manage employee relations, and advise on HR policies
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and performance matters
- Support the implementation of Group HR strategy, projects and processes at the local level
- Collaborate closely with Group HR and local leaders
What you bring:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
- Strong knowledge of operational HR and UK employment legislation
- Experience in a multi-site or international environment is a plus
- Structured and reliable way of working, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to build trust and communicate effectively across all levels
- Proactive, curious, and a collaborative team player
- Comfortable working independently and managing a wide range of topics
