You will report to the Vice President Operations UK.
Key Responsibilities

Manage supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and drive continuous improvement in terms, lead times, and quality. Develop and maintain a robust supplier base, including qualification of alternative sources to mitigate supply risk. Oversee the purchase order process, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage inbound logistics and coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and freight partners. Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions proactively, escalating risks with clear mitigation plans. Drive improvements in supply chain visibility through systems, data, and reporting. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and any relevant trade compliance obligations.
- Cost & Margin Management: Track and manage supply-side costs, identifying opportunities to improve GP1 margin. Build and maintain cost models for raw materials and resale products, incorporating market trends. Partner with finance to ensure accurate cost of goods data for budgeting, forecasting, and pricing decisions. Report on supply chain KPIs, highlighting variances and corrective actions.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead purchasing team, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture. Act as the primary point of contact for supply chain matters across the UK business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure supply plans reflect business priorities. Present supply chain performance and risk updates to senior leadership.

- Essential: Proven experience in a supply chain planning, procurement, or operations management role, ideally within FMCG / Manufacturing / Distribution / Retail.
