Our headquarters are in Stockholm and Düsseldorf, with over 800 employees across Europe. We generate over 200 million EUR turnover with strong profitability, and we are owned by the Nordic private equity company Axcel.
We are now looking for a Manager in our Strategic Project team to take a key role in our expansion journey across the UK. The role is based in Camberley, and frequent travel across the UK to our different sites is expected.
As Manager in our Strategic Projects team, you will be responsible for:
- Independently driving a variety of strategic projects across the UK
- Optimising gross margins through group pricing and product mix shift initiatives
- Leading and driving operational projects
- Developing a UK category management strategy to drive product innovation and decisions across our different brands
- Developing a breeder-program to drive brand choice
- Developing and executing on our indirect sales strategy and leading the expansion of The Nutriment Company in the UK
- Ensuring exit readiness and UK compliance
- Improving end-to-end customer experience across our brand portfolio
- Working closely with and presenting key recommendations to executive management
This is a critical role to drive value creation, with opportunities to rotate into commercial or operational leadership roles in one of our business units. You will have unique exposure to executive management and local managing directors.
