The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) is seeking a Test Assurance Manager to lead the development and implementation of testing strategies across multiple projects.

You will manage a team of Test Analysts, ensure risk is understood and quality standards are met, and drive delivery on time and to scope.

You will lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure testing is robust before changes are released.
