- Support the continuous improvement of intelligence processes and ways of working.
- Ensure information is managed appropriately and in line with governance, confidentiality and data protection requirements.
You’ll have the opportunity to investigate complex issues, connect information from multiple sources and provide insight that helps shape organisational responses to emerging challenges.
We’re looking for someone who is inquisitive, thoughtful and motivated by using evidence and insight to make a positive impact. You may already have experience in intelligence, safeguarding, investigations, regulation, compliance, public protection, risk management, research or another analytical environment. You’ll bring:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess information objectively and identify key issues.
- Experience handling complex or sensitive information and exercising sound judgement.
- The ability to produce clear, accurate and impactful reports, briefings or assessments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- An understanding of information governance and data protection principles.
- A commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Most importantly, you’ll be passionate about making a difference and motivated by work that contributes to public protection. Please note that this role requires you to review and work with sensitive and potentially distressing material relating to fitness to practise cases. You will be given appropriate support to help you manage this aspect of the role.
