We ensure the hearing centre operates smoothly, that participants are supported throughout the process, and that all essential administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
Our work provides the structure and coordination needed for hearings to proceed efficiently, ensuring all participants receive clear information and a consistent, high‑quality experience. Your attention to detail, clear communication and ability to manage competing priorities will contribute directly to the smooth running of both physical and virtual hearings.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and committed to delivering high‑quality work. You’ll thrive in a busy environment, be confident managing competing priorities and take pride in providing excellent customer service. You’ll bring:

- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues and contribute positively to the team
- A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion in the way you work and interact with others
Please note that this role requires you to review and work with sensitive and distressing material relating to fitness to practice cases and you will be given the appropriate support to deal with this material.
