Are you a highly skilled Photographer and Videographer with a strong eye for lighting, composition and storytelling and the drive to push creative output forward? We are looking for a proactive, ideas-led creative to produce high-quality product imagery, lifestyle photography, and video content that engages, inspires and converts. Working closely with our Creative Director, Senior Designer and Social Media Executive you will play a key role in shaping the visual direction of our evolving brand.
We have an in-house e-commerce cut-out studio and regularly shoot video and stills in interior and outdoor locations, this role is central to elevating both.
Salary/Working Hours
Working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm from Monday to Thursday with an early finish on Fridays (8:30am to 4:30pm). We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £37,000 depending on your experience and look forward to discussing this with you during the interview process.
What You’ll Be Doing
We are on a mission to become the UK’s go-to destination for new parents. Visual content is critical to how we tell our story, build trust and drive growth. Part of our small but mighty creative team this is a hands-on role based at our Oldham office, combining studio work with location shoots. We are looking for someone who not only executes at a high level but brings fresh ideas to improve our output and brand identity.
- Video Content Creation and Campaign Videos
- Create compelling video content for product launches, campaigns, social and web.
- Shoot and edit product features, hero launch videos, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Produce emotive, aspirational content that sells a lifestyle, not just a product.
- Create scroll-stopping short-form video for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Help define and evolve our video content style in line with the brand.
- Product and Lifestyle Photography
- Shoot high-quality product and lifestyle imagery aligned to brand and commercial goals.
- Produce cut-out e-commerce imagery (white background) and processing supplier imagery.
- Editing and formatting for use on website.
- Styled lifestyle photography in room sets.
- Model photography with natural, aspirational storytelling.
- Apply strong composition, styling, and visual hierarchy to highlight key features.
- Collaborate with stylists and the creative team to plan and execute shoots.
- Lighting and Technical Expertise
- Own lighting setups across studio and location environments.
- Work confidently with strobe, continuous, and natural light.
- Adapt quickly to different products, surfaces and conditions.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality output across all shoots.
- Post-Production and Retouching
- Edit and retouch imagery and video to a high commercial standard.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One and relevant video tools.
- Deliver consistent colour, finish and brand look across all assets.
- Creative Strategy and Input
- Bring a forward-thinking, trend-aware approach to content creation.
- Contribute to campaign ideas, art direction, and set styling.
- Work closely with marketing and e-commerce to align content with customer mindset.
- Take ownership of output, continually improving quality and impact.
Experience & Skills We’re Looking For
- Strong portfolio in commercial product and lifestyle photography.
- Confident across both photography and video production.
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage studio workflow.
- Deep understanding of lighting, composition and styling.

- Studio and location experience, comfortable across both environments.
- Advanced editing skills, strong in Photoshop, Lightroom and video editing tools.
