We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals who are ready for an exciting and rewarding career in childcare. You will support our vision of creating a truly outstanding early years experience for our children, helping to establish a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity and supports every stage of development.

We are offering a fully funded opportunity to achieve your Level 3 qualification whilst you earn. This pathway is designed to help you progress towards earning our industry-leading Level 3 salaries, while gaining the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive as a qualified Early Years Educator.

Job Requirements:

  • Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Aged 21 or over.
  • Not currently enrolled in, or eligible for, an apprenticeship programme.
  • Ability to communicate and engage effectively with children, families and colleagues.
  • Current DBS, food safety certificate and/or paediatric first aid preferred but not essential.
