Nuneaton Academy is part of United Learning, a large, and growing, group of schools aiming to offer a life-changing education to children and young people across England. We always appoint on merit, and we are open to discussing flexible working options. Nuneaton Academy is seeking a committed, energetic, and compassionate Learning Coach to join our dedicated SEND Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
As a Learning Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting students. You will work closely with the SENDCo, teachers, and support staff to deliver personalised support both inside and outside the classroom. Your work will focus on:

We are looking for someone who is:
- Patient, empathetic, and able to build trust with students
- Adaptable and able to respond to individual needs
- A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, and a positive team player
- Committed to safeguarding and the wellbeing of all students
Experience working with SEND students is desirable, but not essential — we welcome applications from candidates with the right attitude, commitment, and willingness to learn. Training and development will be provided.
At Nuneaton Academy, we pride ourselves on:
- A friendly, supportive, and values-driven team
- Opportunities for professional development within United Learning
- The chance to make a real difference to young people in our community
- A role that is rewarding, varied, and impactful every day
We have both full time and part time job roles available, and are open to flexible working arrangements.
