Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the personalisation programme for the business, coordinating all the parties involved, as well as the activities that must be carried out in order for personalisations to be completed successfully.
  • Coordinate and monitor the overall brand personalisation program for the global business: Inline with the Global SD Project Manager programs.
  • Coordinate with all parties to ensure all personalisations meet company standards.
  • Coordinate non-developments for the country and commercial teams.
  • Research and propose new initiatives based on market tendencies and trends relating to brand personalisations, identifying new opportunities for the business.
  • Accountable for the relationship with Commercial and Ops teams.
  • Liaise with brands and the Commercial area to scope requirements and establish guidelines for supplier personalisations.
  • Liaise with division PM, brand and commercial to ensure that the brand installation meets the specific guidelines and business needs.
  • Accountable for the relationships with Brand partner and Contractor on Brand developments.
  • Liaise with countries to ensure technical requirements are included where necessary.

Shop Development Processes

  • Define characteristics for brand spaces & fixtures personalisation, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
  • Monitor brand implementation process to ensure it complies with the business needs.
  • Define and maintain guidelines for brand installation, ensuring all parties are aware of the correct procedures to follow.
  • Accountable to prepare, review and approve the packs to be sent to the brands, and the proposals received by the brands.
  • Responsible for brand concept sign off for all assigned projects.
  • Understand brand contributions and monitor/ensure sign off with project managers and divisional teams.
  • Responsible for ensuring all brand shared cost agreements are well recorded, and costs are approved by LPM and are in line with estimated budget.
  • Manage relationship with D&D Design managers to ensure a common design criterion and Construction managers to coordinate installation.

Follow-up

  • Accountable for the communication to the business on Brands Developments, personalisation and Technical requirements.
