Ready to make a real impact on operational resilience?We’re looking for a Senior Operational Resilience Manager to lead the strategic development and ongoing delivery of our resilience framework—ensuring our critical services remain within impact tolerances, even during disruption.
In this influential role, you’ll report to the Head of Operational Risk and Resilience and play a key part in shaping our resilience strategy. You’ll drive cross-functional collaboration, lead scenario testing and third-party assessments, and engage closely with stakeholders across the organisation. As a senior leader, you’ll also mentor and develop a high-performing resilience team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and proactive risk management.
