About The Role

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract (6 -12 months)

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours

Location: Head Office, Nottingham (Hybrid working, minimum 2 days per week)

  • Expertise in Financial Regulations: Deep understanding of financial services regulations, operational risk, and resilience, with the ability to create effective learning solutions.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels with excellent communication.
  • Project Management Proficiency: Skilled in managing multiple training programmes and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-Driven Improvement: Ability to assess training effectiveness and use data to enhance learning programmes.
  • Extensive Training Experience: Significant experience in designing and delivering training within regulated financial services, focusing on resilience and risk management.
  • Compliance Management: Proven track record in managing mandatory and regulatory training compliance.
