- Expert Business Analysis Knowledge: Deep understanding of business analysis tools, techniques, and best practices, with hands-on experience across the full project and system development lifecycle.
- Delivery Methodologies & Change Management: Confident working within Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid environments, with solid knowledge of programme and portfolio-level change management.
- Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage Business Analysts, supporting their growth and ensuring the right resources are in place to deliver change.
- Quality & Process Improvement: Skilled in quality assurance and driving continuous improvement across business analysis processes, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
- Strategic Thinking & Financial Awareness: Able to contribute to business cases and feasibility studies, with a good grasp of financial concepts and benefits management at portfolio level.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience building trusted relationships across senior stakeholders, IT teams, and third parties.
- Industry & Regulatory Insight: Practical experience working in regulated environments, ideally within Financial Services, with knowledge of Business Architecture and frameworks like TOGAF.
- Professional Standards & Qualifications: Committed to high standards of practice, ideally holding a degree in a business or IT-related subject and the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis.
