About the Role

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours
Location: Remote – Field based role
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance
Responsibilities
- Generating new mortgage business from the intermediary market
- Promoting mortgage products and identifying fresh business opportunities
- Building strong, positive and productive relationships with brokers
- Supporting the Society’s growth strategy through proactive business development
- Representing our brand in the intermediary market and raising product awareness
- Working closely with internal teams to maximise opportunities and ensure smooth processes
- Bringing energy, ambition and drive to help shape and grow our BDM function
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering strong sales and customer experience outcomes
- Experience leading high‑performing teams with a confident, inspiring leadership style
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills at a senior level
- Background in financial services with experience in an external sales environment (including prospecting) and a strong sales track record
- Comfortable building relationships, developing business and working autonomously
- Able to interpret performance data and use insight to drive action
