This hybrid role (minimum 2 days per week in the office) carries strategic responsibility for origination, underwriting and portfolio management across residential, buy-to-let and specialist lending.
You will lead and develop high-performing teams, ensure robust underwriting standards, drive efficiency, and manage relationships with brokers, solicitors and partners.
