The Nottingham Building Society is seeking a Savings Customer Ambassador to be the first point of contact for customers, either face-to-face in-branch or by phone. You will help deliver an end-to-end customer journey, walking in the customer's shoes to understand their needs through great conversations and service.
You will join a small, collaborative branch and play a key role in growing savings balances, promoting relevant services, and supporting customers on their journey to home ownership.
