The Nottingham Building Society in the East Leake/Nottingham area is looking for two Product Performance Managers to join our Head Office team on a hybrid basis. You will oversee how our mortgage strategy comes to life commercially, owning performance management within a key lending segment and helping us achieve our ambitions.
You will drive product performance, partner with Credit Risk, Sales, Operations and Marketing, and shape pricing, communications and customer retention to deliver strong results.
