The Role
We’re seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to lead the charge in developing and executing high-impact collaborations with brands that complement and amplify the Norton lifestyle. This role will play a key part in shaping how Norton shows up in the world—through authentic partnerships, co-branded campaigns, and experiences that resonate with riders everywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities across apparel, lifestyle, motorsport, technology, beverage, and other aligned industries
- Own end-to-end partner relationships—negotiation, execution, communication, and ongoing growth
- Work cross-functionally with creative, product, events, and digital teams to bring partnership activations to life (co-branded content, product drops, social media campaigns, event sponsorships, etc.)
- Lead deal structuring, contract development, and budget allocation in partnership agreements
- Set and measure KPIs to evaluate the success of each partnership, provide regular performance reports, and optimise future efforts
- Stay ahead of trends in both the motorcycle scene and lifestyle markets to keep the brand on the cutting edge of culture
- Represent Norton at key events, trade shows, and industry meetups to build network and spot opportunities
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in brand partnerships, strategic alliances, business development, or marketing
- Demonstrated success in building and managing brand collaborations (bonus points for lifestyle or motorsports experience)
- Deep knowledge of, and passion for -motorcycles, and the broader enthusiast community
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Creative thinker with a business-savvy, metrics-driven mindset
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
