The Norton Knatchbull School is seeking a Senior Learning Support Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis.
This 35-hour per week role runs term-time only, plus 2 INSET days, with a salary aligned to KS C scales (£26,956 FTE / £21,982.62 pro-rata).
The successful candidate will support pupils with learning needs, including one-to-one support for ages 11 to 18, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment in a busy secondary school.
