The Norton Knatchbull School is offering a Teaching Assistant Specialist Level 5 Apprenticeship focused on SEND.

Start January 2026, 08:00–15:30 term-time, 21-month programme, with on‑the‑job training, reviews and End Point Assessment.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups to support learners aged 11–18 with SEMH, ASD/ASC and ADHD.

Applicants should have Level 3 TA and Level 2 English and Maths; the apprenticeship develops skills in reading, behaviour support, safeguarding and collaboration with
