We are an established and growing drylining and interiors contractor delivering projects across the commercial and residential sectors. Due to a strong pipeline of work in Norfolk, we are seeking an experienced Drylining Contracts Manager to join our management team.

The Role

As Drylining Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple drylining packages, overseeing projects from pre-start through to final handover. You will ensure works are completed on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple drylining projects across Norfolk
  • Oversee Site Managers, Supervisors, and subcontractors
  • Plan and programme works, monitoring progress and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with H&S, quality, and contractual requirements
  • Control labour, materials, and project costs
  • Liaise with clients, main contractors, and suppliers
  • Attend progress, design, and site meetings
  • Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
  • Support valuations, variations, and commercial reporting

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within drylining / interiors
  • Strong technical knowledge of drylining systems
  • Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple live projects
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • SMSTS and CSCS essential (First Aid desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
