We are seeking an experienced Lead Passive Fire Surveyor to join our growing team, based in Essex with hybrid working available. This is a senior role for a knowledgeable professional with strong technical expertise in compartmentation surveys and fire door inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver passive fire surveys across residential, commercial, and public sector properties
  • Conduct detailed inspections of fire doors, fire stopping, and compartmentation works
  • Produce clear, accurate survey reports with remedial recommendations
  • Manage survey programmes, prioritise workloads, and support project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance to clients, contractors, and internal teams

Requirements:
