The Northern Lawn Tennis Club is a leading member-run racquets and fitness club located in the vibrant district of West Didsbury, Manchester. With 21 tennis courts, including 6 grass and 3 indoor courts, 2 covered padel courts, 6 squash courts, 2 modern gyms, and a welcoming bar and bistro, the Club offers exceptional facilities for sport, fitness and leisure. The Northern Lawn Tennis Club is seeking an enthusiastic, professional and highly organised Duty Manager to oversee evening operations and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the Club. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys balancing operational responsibility with member engagement. The successful candidate will provide a visible management presence throughout the Club during peak evening hours, ensuring high standards of service, safety and professionalism across all departments.
Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 3:15pm β 11:15pm (40 hours per week). Please note: initial training will take place over a 1β2 month period with varying shifts, including daytime, evening and weekend hours, to support a full understanding of club operations.
