The North Wales Wildlife Trust seeks a Sustainable Farming Advisor to help farmers transition to agroecological and regenerative land management under the Welsh Sustainable Farming Scheme, delivering technical guidance and practical demonstrations.
The role, based in North Wales with Galwad Farm Advisory, will develop whole-farm plans, soil health assessments, nutrient plans and biodiversity audits, and work with partners on on-farm training and knowledge sharing.
