Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring all customers are treated with respect.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of products in store.
- Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Keep up‑to‑date with current trends and the brand’s place within the market.
- Follow all operational procedures in the store and stock room.
Qualifications
- Love interacting with customers; set example for team with hands‑on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion.
- Positive can‑do attitude and ability to handle all situations in store.
- Passion for brand, fashion and retail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (second language a plus but not required).
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays as necessary.
