We’re looking for a resourceful Sales Specialist to join The North Face team based in Braintree, Essex. Our Sales Specialists (or Senior Sales Associates) are leaders on the shop floor, inspiring customers and supporting junior sales associates while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

  • Provide the highest level of customer service, treating all customers with respect
  • Develop thorough knowledge of store products and share this knowledge with junior associates
  • Act as a buddy to new starters, supporting their onboarding
  • Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Stay up to date with current trends and the brand’s place in the market
  • Follow all operational procedures in the store and the stock room
  • Occasionally support the management team with opening and closing processes
Qualifications

You enjoy interacting with customers and set a positive example for the team with hands-on enthusiasm and a passion for delivering a great customer experience. You have a positive can-do attitude and adapt to different store situations. You are passionate about our brand, fashion, and retail. You have at least 1 year of experience on a fast-paced shop floor, ideally in fashion or lifestyle. You have excellent written and verbal English communication. You are flexible with weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
