Can you build effective, lasting relationships with organisations within our communities?, We are looking for a relationship manager to support and work with North East Lincolnshire’s vibrant and impactful VCS (Voluntary and Community Sector) as it continues to thrive.

Acting as a conduit between the council and voluntary and community organisations you will play a pivotal role in place based initiatives and developments that support the council plan and community sector led opportunities.

You will act as a lead coordinator for engagement, with development and maintenance of trusted relationships within the VCS organisations in NEL.

Do you have a passion for working with stakeholders across all sectors and driving service delivery?, You will need to have excellent communication skills, leading and co-ordinating a range of stakeholders to ensure effective engagement across NEL.

Working closely with our infrastructure support provider you will promote funding opportunities, support community ownership and asset transfers as well as contributing to effective service led commissioning of voluntary and community sector providers.
