You must be self-motivated and committed to making a difference to young children’s lives with a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Birth to Five Matters. You will be working with 0-3 years and this role is extremely rewarding as you support the child’s development.

Ideally you will have a level 3 qualification in Early Years or childcare however we may consider a level 2 depending on experience. Maybe you have been out of childcare for a while and are considering coming back to the sector we would love to hear from you.

Our Purpose

At Reynolds Day Care we believe all children deserve the best possible start in life by providing high quality care and early years education. We are seeking to appoint new passionate and enthusiastic early years practitioners due to the expansion of places.

We are looking for two new colleagues for 2x 20 hour post. All year round with times from 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday., We may also be able to offer an attractive Incentive of £1,000 tax free lump sum to successful recruits who meet the criteria below

  • Newly recruited to a full or part time early years post with an eligible provider (part time posts must be a minimum of 16 hours per week)

  • Returning to the profession after a minimum of 6 months gap (evidence required)

  • Must spend at least 70% of their contracted hours working directly with children.
