The Normal Brand is a fast-growing apparel brand that sells clothing and accessories online and in over 500 stores globally. We\’re hiring for our retail brick-and-mortar store in Birmingham. We want hardworking, personable, goal-oriented team members. The store is an experience where a clean, enjoyable, and fun environment is of utmost importance.
Responsibilities
- Our goal is to make peoples’ day better, sell clothes, and have FUN!
- Greet our guests with a smile and a warm welcome.
- Get to know your customer to suggestively sell to their lifestyle.
- Replenish sales floor as needed.
- Maintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal standards.
- Embrace an environment that is respectful in communication.
- Promote a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.

- 1+ years of retail experience.
- Fashion/apparel industry experience.
- Passion for making people happy.
- Proficiency with Shopify and Shopify POS.
- Strong integrity.
