Salary: £24,375 pa

Location: Unit 6, Cromwell Road Retail Park, PE14 0SL

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week over 5 flexible days (Monday to Sunday)

Annual Leave: 25 days increasing to 27 after 5 years’ service and 29 after 9 years’ service + 8 days in lieu of public holidays (FTE)

Job Summary:

  • To assist the Manager in maximising the contribution from the shop to Tapping House, focusing on income and stock generation.
  • To manage the shop volunteer teams by providing leadership, support and guidance in the Manager’s absence.
  • To ensure that the shop is used to promote the Hospice and its activities.
