THE ROLE – SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE

The role of the Senior Chef de Partie is to successfully run a section as a part of the kitchen brigade.

• Prior experience in high end hotels/restaurant kitchens, as well as high volume establishments.
• Ability to work well with others and support team members in a group setting.
• Ability to work in an organized fashion, maintaining a clean work area & uniform.
• Desire to learn and grow, as well as help support other team members.
• Ideally have Senior chef de partie experience in working with a wood/coal burning grill.
