ABOUT THE ROLE
The Bellperson plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable guest experience. As a Bellperson, you will be responsible for handling guests' luggage, helping with transportation and directions, and delivering various items to guest rooms. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, physical stamina, and a keen eye for detail.
EXPECTATIONS
- Be professional at all times
- Greet guests upon arrival, assist with their luggage, and escort them to their rooms.
- Provide a warm welcome and offer information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with the front desk to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
